1. How do I know my head size?

Your head size will be the circumference(1) of your head.

Xsmall 20”-20.5” circumference
Small 21-21.5” circumference
Medium 22-22.5” circumference
Large 23-23.5 circumference

2. How many bundles are included in a wig?

Wigs ranging from 8" to 12" typically contain 2 or 2 1/2 bundles. For wigs in the 14" to 30" range, there are usually 3 bundles, occasionally 4; this will be specified in the description. Wigs exceeding 30" will typically include 4 to 6 bundles.

 

3. Am I able to send in the wig I purchased from you to get a closure replacement?

Absolutely! Simply send us an email, and we'll promptly prepare your order and send out the invoice.

 

4. What distinguishes virgin hair from raw hair?

Both are human hair extensions, but virgin hair undergoes steam processing to achieve specific textures such as deep wave or loose wave. In contrast, raw hair remains unprocessed and free from chemical alterations, mimicking the natural behavior of human hair growing from your scalp.

 5. How Long does it take for me to get my order?

 Typically, for ready-to-ship items only, it would require 2-5 business days, excluding weekends.

All Pre-Order Wigs will take up to 30 business days to complete and ship.

All Pre-Order Hair will take 7-14 business days for processing and shipping. 

 6. How many bundles are included in the price?

Pricing for hair extensions is per bundle.

7. How many bundles are needed for an install?

The number of bundles needed for an install can vary based on your personal preference for a more natural or fuller look. Each bundle is approximately 3.5oz, and we recommend the following:
• Shorter lengths (18-22”): 3 bundles
• Medium lengths (24-28”): 4 bundles
• Longer lengths (30-36”): 5-6 bundles

Our authentic hair extensions have a natural density as they come from a single donor.

For curly textures, the weight can be heavier due to the curl pattern.
• We recommend 3 bundles of Burmese curly hair for most installs.
• For longer lengths (30-36”), you may opt for an additional bundle, depending on your head size and how full you prefer your look.
• Keep in mind: Curly hair is naturally very full when 100% dry.

 

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No, all sales are final. Before shipping, every order is carefully inspected to ensure we deliver the highest quality. This policy applies to all products, including ready-to-wear custom units.

9. How long does shipping take?
We offer express shipping for all orders.
• Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2 business days.
• Custom units: Please allow 14-30 days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Please note: We do not dispatch shipments on weekends. While tracking numbers may be provided over the weekend, shipments will be processed on the next business day.

We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. By placing your order, you agree to all company policies.

10. Are Hairlife Co Luxury Extensions available?
Hairlife Co Luxury Extensions are currently available for pre-order only. Please allow 7-14 days for processing and shipping.
