Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
HairlifeCo does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This applies to all products, including:
- Hair extensions
- Closures and frontals
- Custom units
- Custom-colored items
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including product selection, length, texture, lace size, and shipping address, are correct at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@hairlifeco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Shipping Issues
HairlifeCo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. All shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in permanent banning from HairlifeCo and will be disputed with supporting documentation.
