Processing Time

• All orders require 7–10 business days to process before shipping.
• Custom units are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

 

Processing time does not include shipping time and begins once payment is confirmed.

 

Shipping Method

• Once processing is complete, all orders are shipped via express shipping.

Shipping Rates

• A flat shipping rate of $20 applies to all orders, including custom units.

 

Additional Information

 

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• HairlifeCo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as HairlifeCo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
