HairlifeCo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All products and services are provided subject to availability.

Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, textures, and images as accurately as possible. Due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural nature of hair, slight variations may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

Order Processing & Shipping

• All orders require 7–10 business days to process before shipping.

• Custom units require up to 14 business days for processing.

• Once shipped, delivery time is determined by the carrier.

• A flat $20 shipping rate applies to all orders.

HairlifeCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products:

• All sales are final

• No refunds or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in permanent banning from HairlifeCo and may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

HairlifeCo is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers assume full responsibility upon purchase.
